ANSWER: That is just absurd. I was summoned to what I was told would be a briefing on Russia. I was surprised, because they obviously knew my position right down to who and how the war started. I took my assistant with me, then she had to step out of the room. I was then told they agreed. We would NOT be at war with Russia. Then they asked me to write the peace proposal and to use my back channels to get it to Putin.

The letter from the Japanese government asked to confirm I deposited $10 billion. Republic assumed I took the $10 billion, told them it was not with them. So, they ran to the DOJ and told them they had no idea with te money was and then pocketed the $1 billion that was there. I believe it was the Federal Reserve that went back and asked to confirm $10 billion. That use to be a lot of money back then.
That is when 13 days later the revision took place – sorry $1 billion. The bank could not then put the money back and tried to pocket the money blaming me.
