All information is governed by the First Amendment and is for the general educational purpose of the general public. The information provided in the Services, is made available “as is”, and all stocks, indexes, futures and foreign exchange prices referenced are provided by third-parties, through technology integrations, where some errors and delays may occur, so prices may not necessarily be real-time or accurate, may differ from the actual market price, and are not appropriate for trading purposes. Therefore, the Company will not accept any liability for loss or damage as a result of reliance on the information contained within the Services, including, but not limited to, any data, quotes, charts, trends, projections, estimations, or buy/sell signals.
