The leak by hackers has revealed that Powell confirmed that Israel has nuclear weapons and has amassed 200 warheads. Of course, Israel has never confirmed that have any nuclear weapons. The very existence of its weapons has been classified information by both the Israeli and U.S. governments. It is obvious that Washington picks and chooses who they allow to have weapons.
