The warning comes amid escalating military exchanges between Washington and Tehran, raising fresh concerns over the security of critical Gulf transport and trade hubs. UAE authorities and the United States have not officially responded to the latest remarks.
Military adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mohsen Rezaei, stated that if U.S. attacks continue, Iran will move from retaliatory strikes to an “offensive and destructive” phase, potentially deploying ground forces and expanding the war’s scope.
